ORDERING PRODUCTS

How do I place an order?
1. Select the appropriate product, variant, quantity and click "add to cart".
2. You can continue adding products or click "proceed to payment".
3. Complete your contact details.
4. Make payment.

How do I check if my order has been placed correctly?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation at the email address or phone number you provided. The message will contain all the important information about your order. If you do not receive the message, please contact us at the following email address: contact@leanoir.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, it cannot be changed or canceled.

How quickly are orders fulfilled?
Immediately after payment is received.

Is it possible to pay on delivery?
NO.

Are the details provided during payment secure?
Yes. Taking care of our customers' sense of security, we have established cooperation with verified and payment operators. Customer data is encrypted and safe.

Where can I find payment confirmation?
In the case of PayU, Paypal or Blik payments, you will receive confirmation immediately after a successful transaction to the email address provided. In the case of card payments, the payment confirmation is the order confirmation.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Where are orders shipped from?
Orders are shipped from external warehouses.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 1-5 business days of receipt of payment. Once the package has been shipped, we will immediately send a confirmation message and tracking number to the email address provided.

Are the products shipped in one shipment?
In order to shorten delivery times, orders from different suppliers may be shipped separately.

Which countries are orders shipped to?
We currently ship orders to Poland.

How much does shipping cost?
We provide free delivery within Poland.

How long does delivery take?
Typically around 4-14 business days from the day your order ships. However, delivery times may be longer due to carrier delays.

What to do if your shipment does not arrive?
The maximum delivery time is 60 working days. In case of exceeding this period, please contact us.

COMPLAINTS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

How do I return a faulty product?
Please contact us by e-mail at contact@leanoir.com. In your message, please provide your order number, a detailed description and photos of the defects. We will review your complaint and contact you.

How long does it take to process a complaint?
14 calendar days.

What are the consequences of accepting a complaint?
Exchange the product for a new one or refund. We will contact you to choose the convenient option.

How can I exchange a product?
Please return the selected product and place a new order.

How can I return a product?
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your parcel to return your product. Please note that not all products are eligible for return. For more information, please review our returns policy and then contact us at contact@leanoir.com.
