ORDERING PRODUCTS

How to place an order?
1. Choose the desired product, variant, quantity, and click “Add to cart.”
2. You can continue shopping or click “Proceed to checkout.”
3. Fill in your contact details.
4. Complete the payment.

How to check if my order was placed correctly?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail or SMS with all order details. If you do not receive a message, please contact us at: contact@leanoir.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once the order has been placed and paid for, it cannot be changed or canceled.

How quickly are orders processed?
Immediately after payment is confirmed.

What payment methods are available?

Is cash on delivery available?
No.

Are my payment details secure?
Yes. To ensure our customers’ safety, we work only with verified and trusted payment operators. All payment data are encrypted and secure.

Where can I find payment confirmation?
If you pay via PayU, PayPal, or Blik, you will receive confirmation immediately after a successful transaction. For card payments, the order confirmation also serves as payment confirmation.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poland.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.

Are all products shipped together?
All orders are sent in one beautifully packed parcel.

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Poland and other EU countries.

What are the shipping costs?
11.99 PLN for parcel lockers and 14.99 PLN for courier delivery.

How long does delivery take?
Usually between 2 and 5 business days. Delivery time may be extended due to carrier delays.

COMPLAINTS, EXCHANGES, AND RETURNS

How to return a defective product?
Please contact us at: contact@leanoir.com. Include your order number, a detailed description, and photos showing the defect. We will review your complaint and get back to you.

How long does it take to process a complaint?
14 calendar days.

What happens if the complaint is accepted?
The product will be replaced with a new one or refunded. We will contact you to arrange the preferred option.

How can I exchange a product?
Please return the selected product and place a new order.

How can I return a product?
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the parcel to return a product. Note that not all products are eligible for return. For details, please refer to our Return Policy and contact us at: contact@leanoir.com.
